It is the role of the Board to lead, direct and control the work of the Association, ensuring that it operates within its Rules, the requirements of its regulators and in accordance with its own values and objectives.
Our Board have a broad range of relevant skills, expertise and talents. The skills and experience of the Board are reviewed annually to ensure that the Association has the right mix to meet its current and future needs. Board members serve on an entirely voluntary basis.
The Board and its Committees play a vital role in the governance of the Association. Each Board Member is also a member of a Board Committee, Committees meet quarterly.
